This year’s VCEA Meeting will take place on the third floor of VCU’s James Branch Cabell Library, 910 Park Avenue, Richmond, VA 23284. On entering the library, you will see stairs to your left and elevators straight ahead. Please find below a map showing the location of the Cabell Library (circled in red). Paid parking is available in the parking deck at 1111 W. Broad Street (also circled in red on the map). Most street parking in the vicinity is free on Saturdays.
